NIGHTS MINIMUM STAY

We reserve to ourselves the right of Asking for a minimum night's stay at any time of the year. You'll be informed of That with the answer to your pre-booking.

BOOKING DEPOSIT

To have your booking officially confirmed a Booking Deposit (BD) is requested (50% of total final amount).
We are not responsible for any tax/fee the banks on both sides of the process and/or Credit Cards, PayPal charge for the transaction. If a commission/fee is charged to us during wire/Bank transfer, will be at your charge and added to your balance to be paid upon check-in.

ALL CREDIT CARDS and PAYPAL PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED

All Credit Card payments are accepted. Directly or through PayPal where you may use your credit card (in need of PayPal account).

Credit Card payments have a 3% commission per transaction on top of the amount to pay the Booking Deposit.

PayPal payments have a 4% commission per transaction on top of the amount to pay the Booking Deposit.

BANK TRANSFER

Wire / Bank Transfer payment is accepted only Reservations made for more than four days prior to check-in day.

Please ask your bank about your local Country fees. The international wire / bank transfer amount at the same destination Should Be Agreed the 50% or 100% of the total reservation.

We kindly inform you That Usually Banks from outside of Europe - EU (not using the Euro currency ), the Bank may charge Until € 30.00 on top of the 50% amount - this fee is charged by the bank at the reception of the transfer. If it happens, will be at your charge and added to your balance to be paid upon check-in.

Suggestion: In order to Avoid Bank taxes / fees Should you ask to you to use the IBAN Bank and / or BIC / SWIFT codes for the transaction.

BALANCE / REMAINING AMOUNT

Payment is made in cash or CC Either upon Check In registration process.

Cancellations / change of travel dates

We let you re-use the Booking Deposit if you need to change your travel dates. You do not need to cancel. This way you save the Possible Deductions on your Refund According the Cancellation Policy. Is this possible change of dates, please send me an email with your new dates and I'll be pleased to discuss the change of dates Possible Also depending on availability.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY 2011/2012

Late Cancellations due to changes in travel plans, weather or any reason / s Beyond Our Control Can Affect us really. Therefore we are forced to create some basic usual Reservation Changes / Cancellation guidelines:

Fees / taxes charged by banks on Both Sides of the process and / or Credit Cards, PayPal are not refundable.

• Reservation Changes on Reducing nights / rooms reserved less than three weeks before arrival the night (s) are 100% paid.
• Early departures will be charged for the full stay reserved.
• Taxes / fees charged by Banks, Credit Card / PayPal are not refundable

• Until Full Cancellation made 21 days (3 weeks) prior to check-in day: 100% of the deposit is returned , with a € 15.00 administrative deduction of tax (AT).
• Full Cancellation made 20 to 5 days prior to check-in day: 50% of the deposit is returned, with a € 15.00 deduction of AT.
• Full Cancellation madefrom 4 days or less prior to check-in day: NO REFUND.
• NO SHOW Until 18h without previous warning the Reservation may be Considered CANCELLED with NO REFUND.

ROOM TYPE

During the Booking Process Please Indicate Desired type your bedroom in order to inform you of availability:

• Double bedroom (one big bed)
• Twin bedroom (2 single beds)

OCCUPANCY

At the Apartments and Suites House and Balthazar the occupancy of more than 2 Persons per apartment / suite always Consider the use of the comfortable double size sofa-bed the extra-bed available in the apartments / suites. For your comfort is everything you'll need a good night sleep will be provided by our team.

The rates Showed always online booking Consider the occupancy 2 Persons.

For more than two Persons occupancy (3-4 Persons) implies the use of EXTRA BED (sofa-bed): € 30.00 night for 1-2 Persons (please inform number of Persons traveling) When booking.

SMOKE-FREE INDOOR Environments

For security and comfort of all, smoking is not allowed indoors at all. It's only allowed to smoke at terrace and balconies.

 

EARLY CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT LATE

Early Check-In's and late check-out's are Possible depending on availability. Anyway, it will be a pleasure to store your luggage in case the room / apartment it's not available / ready for early check-in or late check-out.

Earliest time to arrive at all properties or collect / store your luggage is 8:00 am and you'll be informed by email where to.
